Hey followers! I need your help!

My women studies class has spent the past two months tackling the issue of Columbia College’s sexual assault policy.

• As it stands, a victim of sexual assault has to report the incident to untrained RAs or security officers who have no knowledge of how to handle a situation like this.
• There is no on-campus counseling service provided with counselors who have been trained to handle incidents of sexual assault.
• Furthermore, the process of seeking conviction for the perpetrator involves recounting the incident to board of college officials, and if they decide not to believe it, the victim will be expelled from the school.

Nothing about this is okay.

So please, help by signing and sharing this petition - you can do so even if you’re not a Columbia student!
